Grr

Mommy's a moron, and can't put the pictures from CD onto the blog. If there is an easy solution, feel free to tell me. It's not letting her copy pictures to folders, etc... Gr...

Paka-razzi

Paka and Grammy have been here, and Paka, in usual paparazzi fashion, has been taking oodles of pictures - but we won't have them until wed/thurs. So check back then for adorable Willow cuteness.

The Zoo

We went to the zoo on Thursday with Jess, Grace, and Becca. I enjoy practicing their names - getting much better.

Here's a picture of me and Grace. Mommy thinks I look particularly grown up.

I'd also like to add that Mommy walks REALLY slow. Geesh.

Hopefully back to the zoo on Sunday with Grammy and Paka (weather permitting). Maybe this time, I'll actually get to see some stuff.

Play Dates

This has been a week of activity - as I mentioned, we went to Linvilla, but I also had 2 other play dates this week. My M.O. is that I'm pretty well behaved and helpful while the company is here, but when they leave, I'm saddened, and must express myself in ways that Mommy wishes I didn't. You know, stomping around, angry grabbing/throwing... Fun times.

Linvilla

Mommy and I went to Linvilla Orchards on Wednesday - it was a beautiful day - 75 degrees and sunny (unlike today with sleet and in the 30's...). We joined some other moms from church out there at the playground.

Normally, Daddy plays with me on a playground... and this is with good reason. You see, as a young child, Mommy had a lot of fears, mostly related to heights (that's a discussion for another time on another blog), and so even as an adult, she's leery of me trying to go up high on playground equipment. Especially since she's large and pregnant. Oh, and did I mention I have this little thing where I don't really understand that I've come to the edge of something, and if you're not there to catch me, I'll just fall off? Yep. That makes it much more fun...

So Mommy followed me around - trying not to be too overprotective, but really, she was freaking out the whole time (she really is trying not to pass on her own silly fears...she really is). I didn't care - I had a great time running around and playing with the other kids.

Finally, it was lunch time, and we went to the picnic tables to eat. After eating, all the kids followed one mom around as we went and looked at all the animals - lots of different kinds of birds, deer, emu (or something like it), you get the idea. It was tons of fun. I've never gotten so much exercise in my life!

By the end of our outing, I was pooped. It made for a great nap though :)

Mommy apologizes for no pictures, but even if she'd remembered the camera, I don't think she could have handled it :)

Mmm

Tonight's dinner was a tasty pasta dish that involved pesto, garlic, butter, olive oil, lemon juice, chicken, and (duh) pasta - specifically angel hair - which is long and noodly. I don't know how to twirl my noodles onto a spoon yet, so I do the best I can.

Smiles

Here's a couple of pics from yesterday and one from today where I think my smile is particularly cute.

Belly Buttons

This morning, Mommy and I listened to the belly button song - AGAIN. Seriously, I think we've listened to it now about 20x in 2 days. She really likes it. Unfortunately for me, she's teaching me to dance and groove to the music. Mommy can't dance. At all. And unless Daddy saves me from this, I will grow up dancing like Mommy (and in some cases Paka) - you know, sticking out your forefingers, and wiggling them around while you move your shoulders? Yep. That's what she's teaching me. Sad times.

Pictures

Here are some pictures from this morning - no great goings on today - just chillin' after a busy weekend. (which you can read about on Mommy's blog) Mainly, these pictures are so you can admire not only my cuteness, but also the Gap dress Mommy got for me at the thrift store for 95 cents.
